of J.CO, pneumococcal vaccine, and orange in palm.

J.CO doughnuts :D :D :D Er, of last night.

Eddie Cahill lookalike! Of last Thursday.

An orange that smiles to me throughout the whole CSL session today :D

As for today's CSL, we had role-play again, and my fraud pediatric patient was allegedly presented with fever, productive cough, vomiting and SOB. It was a case of pneumonia, and according to the faci, i did quite okie. She said the only thing i missed out on was to consciously relate SOB as a vital associated symptom to pneumonia.

Oh ya. And do you know that, pneumonia is commonly associated with patients who are too young, or too old. And, when it comes to 6-months-old babies, babies that are bottle-fed are more susceptible to pneumonia compared to those who are breast-fed. This is because breast milk contains colostrum which contains immunoglobulins which are needed for passive immunity.

:D

See, i paid attention in class.

Hmm i gotta get bathed. I've meeting later at 7.30pm, dance practice at 8, and marching practice at 9pm. :\

Oh rite. SVD = spontaneous vagina delivery. *TOBLES* :3
